Real Estate Associate (Finance)
The candidate must have a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the Washington, D.C. bar. Should have experience representing lenders and managing real estate loan transactions, excellent oral and written communication skills, and outstanding academic credentials. Must have experience with complex, commercial multi-property loan closings, with experience in all other aspects of commercial real estate transactions a plus. Also have experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and/or experience with multi-family lending, including affordable, senior, and manufactured housing loan transactions. Prior law firm experience required.
