Duties

• Handle personal injury litigation cases from initial signing through to trial resolution.
• Serve as lead counsel during trials, demonstrating strong advocacy and litigation skills.
• Collaborate with a team of high-performing attorneys to ensure high-quality client representation.
• Assist in intake support by sharing responsibilities with the intake team.
• Participate in scheduled, periodic on-call duties to address after-hours calls from prospective clients.
• Educate clients and potential clients about their rights and legal options.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years' experience practicing personal injury litigation.
• Proven trial experience as lead counsel is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
