Senior Manager, Compliance & Ethics

The candidate will create or enhance policies, provide review and guidance on business procedures and controls, and create training for relevant compliance risks. Identify gaps within compliance programs and assist in the development and implementation of action plans to close those gaps. Contribute to McKesson's risk assessment process for the continual identification and ongoing management of regulatory compliance needs for the business and in accordance with applicable legal requirements and regulatory expectations. Collaboratively manage compliance programs and adjust as appropriate to address changes in legal requirements, regulatory expectations, and business environments. Participate or lead in the resolution of compliance problems, questions, and complaints. Coordinate and collaborate with the Compliance Risk, Monitoring & Advisory team and other compliance leaders to leverage best practices, assist with risk assessments, and identify and participate in monitoring opportunities for relevant risk areas. Demonstrates clear and concise communication with key stakeholders and demonstrates collaboration within the organization. Demonstrates knowledge of the health care industry and international health care regulatory compliance, including relevant legal requirements and regulatory expectations. Demonstrates ability to influence business leaders and build compliance programs. Demonstrates ability to work effectively in teams and build relationships. Demonstrates critical thinking and contingency analysis in designing compliance programs. Demonstrates ability to project manage through complexity, diverse stakeholders, competing priorities and multiple dependencies. Understands business overall as well as applicable business unit(s) and how they function. Demonstrates product/service knowledge and understands risk implications.
