A law firm seeks a full-time, partnership-track Real Estate Associate in Richmond, VA, to join its dynamic real estate practice. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of real estate experience, particularly in debt or equity transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, large-scale development, or joint venture structures.

Duties

• Manage and execute real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with team members on large-scale development projects.
• Draft and review legal documents related to real estate matters.
• Provide legal advice on joint venture structures.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of real estate experience.
• Experience in debt or equity transactions preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills.
• Virginia bar membership preferred, required within one year.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Virginia or eligibility to obtain within one year.
