This role involves handling all aspects of franchising and distribution, including disputes, transactions, and regulatory compliance. The position is open to any of the firm's offices.

Duties

• Assist with franchise and distribution disputes, mediation, litigation, and arbitration.
• Develop and structure franchise and distributor programs.
• Assess and counsel on franchise contract and relationship issues.
• Draft franchise disclosure documents and franchise agreements.
• Litigate and negotiate supply contracts and other transactions.
• Perform state registrations and manage international development and cross-border transactions.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in franchise and distribution law.
• Experience in a law firm or similar environment.
• Superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ambition, drive, and team-orientation to support national practice growth.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of intended practice.
