The candidate must possess three to six years of experience in litigation with the equivalent of two years of experience in construction litigation including construction defect or delay claims, design negligence, breach of contract claims, and payment disputes. Should have strong academic credentials, a strong work ethic, excellent writing, and research skills, as well as the ability to establish strong client and peer relationships.
