The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience to join the Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group. Must have experience advising on qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, fiduciary governance, and other employee benefit matters. Experience with nonqualified plans and advising on compensation and benefits issues in corporate transactions, including ESOP transactions, is also helpful. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, a can-do, problem-solving attitude, intrinsic motivation, and strong academic credentials are required. Large law firm benefits experience is preferred.
