Duties:
Represent tribes, tribal entities, and tribal members in litigation matters
Handle legal issues involving tribal sovereignty, gaming, and self-determination
Litigate complex commercial and construction disputes
Participate in trials, depositions, hearings, and oral arguments
Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams to develop litigation strategies
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience or significant interest in Federal Indian Law
Experience in litigation and administrative law
Trial, deposition, hearing, and oral argument experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in relevant jurisdiction(s)
Certifications:
Active bar membership in good standing
Skills:
Proficiency in legal research and writing
Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
