• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• Monitor legal developments and stay current with employment laws and court decisions

• Collaborate with team members on litigation strategies and case development

• Apply strong legal writing skills to craft persuasive arguments and communications

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in litigation or a demonstrated interest in employment law

• Strong legal research and writing abilities

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to client service and advocacy in employment-related matters

• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana or actively seeking admission
