Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in complex Native American legal matters

• Provide litigation support on commercial and construction disputes

• Manage legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions

• Attend court hearings, trials, and administrative proceedings

• Participate in depositions and discovery processes

• Develop legal strategies and provide client counsel

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Federal Indian Law, litigation, or administrative law

• Trial, deposition, hearing, and oral argument experience preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent analytical and legal research skills

• Superior written and verbal communication abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with a state bar

Skills:

• Expertise in Federal Indian Law and related litigation matters

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal analysis skills

• Ability to handle complex legal issues with professionalism
