Participate in depositions and discovery processes
Develop legal strategies and provide client counsel
Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in Federal Indian Law, litigation, or administrative law
Trial, deposition, hearing, and oral argument experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent analytical and legal research skills
Superior written and verbal communication abilities
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active membership in good standing with a state bar
Skills:
Expertise in Federal Indian Law and related litigation matters
Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal analysis skills
Ability to handle complex legal issues with professionalism
Effective collaboration and client relationship management
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
