Duties:

• Provide consultation on Medicare-related issues in workers' compensation and other defense litigation cases.
• Offer strategic guidance on handling Medicare set-asides.
• Advise attorneys on structured settlements and best practices to achieve successful case outcomes.
• Conduct conditional payment searches.
• Prepare Medicare submissions for set-aside approval.
• Draft appropriate Medicare language for settlement agreements.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in workers' compensation or Medicare compliance.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with employers, adjusters, and attorneys.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in the state of Pennsylvania.

Certifications:

• Admittance to the Pennsylvania Bar.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Proficiency in managing complex litigation matters related to workers' compensation and Medicare compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration with team members.
