Duties

• Handle criminal and traffic defense cases primarily in Will and DuPage Counties

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings

• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients

• Manage and strategize case development independently

• Participate in shaping firm growth strategies and expanding practice areas

• Maintain organized and accurate case documentation

Requirements

• Criminal law experience preferred

• Trial or courtroom experience strongly desired

• Ability to manage a caseload independently from day one

• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset

• Commitment to high-quality client service and ethical standards

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications
