Duties

• Monitor account receivables and participate in client development activities.
• Review and manage legal matters from inception to conclusion.
• Conduct legal research and draft well-rounded legal opinions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Maine.
• Experience in real estate and corporate law preferred.

Education
