Duties

• Partner with in-house teams to develop and execute global IP strategies.
• Draft and prosecute patent applications.
• Draft opinions of counsel.
• Conduct due diligence investigations and perform freedom-to-operate and landscape analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.
• Membership in the U.S. patent bar.
• Minimum of 5+ years of patent drafting and prosecution experience.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Certifications

• U.S. patent bar membership.
