Job Overview

A law firm seeks a partner-level attorney with extensive experience in FDA regulatory matters to join its team in Spokane, WA. This role involves advising clients in the food, beverage, dietary supplement, cosmetics, wellness, and consumer products industries, and offers the opportunity to lead and expand the firm's regulatory capabilities.

Duties

• Advise clients on FDA regulatory compliance for consumer products.
• Counsel on labeling, packaging, and advertising requirements.
• Manage inspections, enforcement matters, and recalls.
• Lead regulatory aspects of financing and M&A transactions.
• Collaborate with investors and companies to manage regulatory risk.

Requirements

• Minimum seven years of experience in FDA regulatory compliance.
• Experience with USDA regulatory matters preferred.
• Portable book of business and interest in client development.
• Experience with CPSC, FTC, and related regulatory matters is a plus.
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• California Bar admission is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
