Location:

• Canton, MA

Duties:

• Represent clients in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and domestic violence cases
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients, maintaining strong communication and ensuring client satisfaction
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive client service and case management
• Manage a high volume of cases effectively and efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law
• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts (Required)
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to handle a significant volume of cases with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client service skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Massachusetts (Required)

Skills:

• Expertise in family law, including divorce, custody, and support matters
• Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills
• Courtroom experience, including hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
