Duties:

• Represent clients in Workers' Compensation Defense cases.

• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations on behalf of clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Requirements:

• Experience practicing law, preferably in Workers' Compensation Defense.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Bar of Florida or eligibility to take the Bar Exam.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience with Workers' Compensation laws and procedures is preferred.

Education and Certifications:
