Duties

• Participate in all stages of litigation, including case development, discovery, and motion practice.
• Draft motions, briefs, and written discovery documents.
• Manage litigation workflow, including deadlines and filings.
• Engage in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a law firm litigation practice.
• Experience in state courts in Northern Virginia and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia preferred.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Experience with depositions and large litigation cases preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to professional development.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to and in good standing with the Virginia Bar.
