Duties

• Manage over 50 personal injury litigation cases, including motor vehicle and premises liability cases.
• Strategize with litigation paralegals to ensure successful case outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and the legal team on case strategies.
• Evaluate claims and provide expert legal advice to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to deliver exceptional service.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Gather and assess evidence, working with clients and expert witnesses.
• Negotiate settlements in the best interest of clients.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in personal injury law and litigation.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Bar.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Woodstock, GA.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar membership in good standing.
