Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Attorney in Business Litigation to join their team in Tucker, GA. The successful candidate will work closely with managing partners on a variety of cases, providing exceptional legal representation to clients.

Duties

• Develop and execute effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Prepare and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs with attention to detail.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage the discovery process, including depositions, document requests, and evidence gathering.
• Communicate with clients about case progress and provide clear explanations of legal matters.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience preferred.
• GA Bar Admission.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong case management and organization skills, including managing numerous cases at once.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Georgia State Bar.
