Duties

• Manage employment litigation matters, including depositions and motions.

• Develop case strategies and manage deadlines and dockets.
• Draft position statements and advocacy materials.
• Coordinate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Requirements

• At least four years of employment and labor experience.
• Strong knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act and related processes.
• Ability to independently manage matters and provide business-focused advice.
• Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
• Prior large law firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with clients and manage case strategies.
