Duties

• Lead and manage a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to employer clients on complex employment law issues.
• Conduct thorough investigations and prepare responses to agency charges.
• Collaborate with clients to develop proactive strategies to minimize legal risks.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and law students.
• Represent clients in court and administrative hearings.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of experience in employment law.
• Proven track record in managing employment litigation cases.
• Strong advocacy skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.
