Location:

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of patent litigation, including case strategy, legal research, and drafting pleadings

• Provide legal analysis and support in preparing briefs and motions

• Participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams to deliver client-focused solutions

• Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of patent litigation experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and oral communication abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

• Demonstrated experience in handling complex technical matters

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in good standing

Skills:

• In-depth understanding of patent law and IP litigation procedures

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Effective client communication and relationship management

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
