The candidate will works closely with company’s renowned Investment Funds and Advisors, Private Equity, Corporate, Global Finance, Energy and Insurance teams to support a wide range of derivatives transactions and related regulatory advice involving transactions within such teams. Must have 2-4 years of experience, with exceptional credentials, and an interest in focusing on derivatives transactional work; prior structured credit/intercreditor experience preferred. Must be admitted to practice in New York.
