Duties

• Litigate and manage cases from inception through trial and appeal.
• Draft law and motion documents, including pre-trial motions and oppositions.
• Conduct discovery and take depositions of witnesses and experts.
• Perform pre-filing investigations and research.
• Evaluate potential cases and interview clients and witnesses.
• Make court appearances, primarily in state court.
• Support marketing initiatives, including content creation.
• Travel periodically as required.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of litigation experience with law and motion expertise.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Familiarity with California state and federal court procedures.
• Experience with bad faith and personal injury cases preferred.
• Deposition and trial experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Class Action experience is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
