A law firm seeks a mid-senior level digital health/regulatory associate to join its Health Care Practice Group in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in health care regulatory and transactional matters, with a focus on telemedicine and digital health.

Duties

• Provide legal support to health care-focused clients.
• Draft and manage complex health care transactions.
• Collaborate with clients from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies.
• Mentor junior associates within the practice group.
• Engage directly with senior partners and clients.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience.
• Experience with telemedicine or digital health companies preferred.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to manage complex matters.
• Commitment to high-quality legal services and collaboration.
• AmLaw 100 experience preferred but not required.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted.
• Timely admission to the bar of the hiring office's state required.
