Duties:

• Manage all aspects of immigration cases, including client consultations and case strategy
• Draft immigration and family pleadings, briefs, motions, and other legal documents
• Prepare immigration documents and supervise applications
• Represent clients in immigration and family court hearings
• Delegate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants
• Collaborate with clients and the legal team to ensure successful case outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of attorney experience in immigration law
• Active member of the State Bar
• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative and flexible in approaching case management and legal challenges

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant state
