Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and writing on corporate, tax, healthcare, and biotech-related matters.
• Work directly with corporate clients, providing legal support and guidance.
• Assist the firm’s partner in all aspects of the firm’s practice, including client development and case management.
• Handle a high volume of work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar license.
• Prior academic or professional experience in healthcare, biotech, regulatory, tax, or transactional law.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
• Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Excellent legal research, communication, and writing abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail, with the capability to handle a significant workload efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications
