Duties

• Handle general civil litigation matters including:

  • Personal injury

  • Catastrophic injury

  • Wrongful death

  • Landlord-tenant disputes

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Participate in depositions, court appearances, and settlement negotiations

• Assist in trial preparation under the guidance of senior attorneys

• Collaborate with other team members to develop case strategy and manage workload

Requirements

• 1–3 years of litigation experience preferred

• Ability to manage multiple case responsibilities with attention to detail

• Interest in gaining trial experience and full litigation lifecycle exposure

• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in California (required)
