Requirements

• VA accreditation.
• Active license and good standing with a U.S. State Bar.
• 2+ years of experience in Veterans Disability law.
• Strong analytical skills for complex legal issues.
• Excellent oral and written advocacy skills.
• Ability to communicate with empathy and clarity.
• Team-focused mindset and leadership ability.
• Willingness to travel for hearings as needed.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
