• Assisting with patent portfolio management and maintenance
• Handling intellectual property disputes, including infringement litigation and opposition proceedings
• Collaborating with inventors, scientists, and other legal professionals to protect intellectual property rights

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications
• Ph.D. or master’s degree in organic chemistry or related field
• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania
• Admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
• Strong academic background with a focus on intellectual property law
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills

Education:

• Ph.D. or master’s degree in organic chemistry or related field
