The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of professional experience, with a focus on employment law and litigation. This role offers a diverse caseload, including employee-side representation, such as wage theft, discrimination, retaliation/whistleblowing, harassment, contract negotiations, and contract disputes. Duties:

• Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including wage theft, discrimination, retaliation/whistleblowing, harassment, and contract disputes.
• Manage and prepare legal documents, such as motions, briefs, and pleadings, while maintaining high standards of written advocacy.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues within the field of employment and business law.
• Participate in client meetings, offering strategic legal advice, and representing the firm in negotiations.
• Work collaboratively within the team and across departments to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Provide effective counsel to clients on employment contracts, disputes, and legal rights.
• Occasionally handle cases in real estate law as part of a broader litigation practice.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Colorado State Bar.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing abilities.
• A proven interest or prior experience in employment law, especially in employee-side advocacy.
• Willingness to take on increasing responsibility and a desire for professional development.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic workloads and demands, with a focus on client satisfaction and case outcomes.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
