Duties

• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Nevada.
• 1-6 years of experience in civil litigation with a focus on creditors' rights and collections is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Some travel is required.

Education
