Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Finance Associate to join its Venture and Growth subgroup in any of its U.S. offices, with preferred locations including Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, and San Diego. Candidates should have a minimum of four years of experience in lender-side representation for commercial finance matters.

Duties

• Represent banks and private credit funds on loans to technology, life sciences, and middle market companies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals.
• Produce timely, accurate, and quality work products.
• Manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Foster positive work relationships and comply with firm policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills
