Duties

• Handle transactions related to residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Advise clients on land use planning and real estate development.
• Negotiate and draft real estate agreements and contracts.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of experience in a prominent law firm.
• Proven expertise in commercial real estate and land use planning.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Membership in the Utah Bar or willingness to obtain it.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
