Duties:

• Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Participate in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation

• Provide thorough and strategic legal advice to clients

• Maintain organized case files and stay proactive in case management

• Attend court appearances and advocate on behalf of clients

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on complex matters

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in litigation or a related legal field

• Strong understanding of courtroom procedures and litigation strategy

• Prior exposure to motion drafting and deposition work

• Capable of managing multiple matters with strong attention to detail

• Adept at legal research and interpretation of laws and regulations

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and admitted to practice law in the State of New York

Skills:

• Effective oral and written communication

• Analytical thinker with practical problem-solving skills

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed

• Organized, reliable, and deadline-conscious

• Familiarity with immigration or business law is a plus, but not required
