Duties

• Advise on licensure, certification, and physician reimbursement issues.
• Handle transactional matters such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Draft and negotiate management, license, and lease agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of experience in healthcare law.
• Experience with federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Proven track record in transactional matters within the healthcare industry.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the bar.
