Securities Litigation Attorney

The candidate must have 4-6 years of significant litigation experience, preferably including depositions and oral advocacy. Should have practiced in the Litigation department of a comparable law firm. Must have project-based experience, as well as the ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments while continuously producing thoughtful, intelligent work product of superior quality. Experience working with and also overseeing junior associates and professional staff is essential. A high level of academic achievement from a law school institution. Experience in the areas of class action defense, corporate governance matters, venture capital litigation, technology litigation, or privacy litigation preferred. Should preferably have a solid background in securities class actions, complex commercial litigation, and internal investigations.
