• Provide legal advice on transaction implications and resolve legal concerns.
• Apply title insurance expertise to protect clients from title defects.
• Evaluate property surveys, inspections, and related documentation.
• Conduct title examinations to identify liens, encumbrances, or defects.
• Develop strategies to attract new clients and expand the client base.
• Maintain a tidy office environment and assist with administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Active member of relevant state bar in good standing.
• State-specific Notary Public certification.
• In-depth understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of property rights, land use, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Expertise in title insurance policies and property documentation evaluation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
