Responsibilities: Coordinates and conducts search functions to fill business professional openings firm wide. Screens resumes, collaborates with internal stakeholders, interviews candidates administers pre-employment screening, makes recommendations to hire and prepares offers. Determines and implements recruiting best practices. Provides guidance to stakeholders to help them interview and hire the best talent and ensure achievement of staffing goals. Collaborates with the Chief Diversity Officer and Chief Talent Officer to ensure that Stradley’s diversity goals with respect to recruitment and retention are achieved and that diversity as a firm value continues to be institutionalized across all offices. Maintains vendor relationships and negotiates contracts with employment agencies on behalf of the firm. Collaborates with members of administrative departments to design and deliver effective onboarding for new hires. Uses Applicant Tracking System to manage candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process and develops metrics to report on recruiting trends. Assumes other responsibilities as dictated by the needs of the firm.
