Duties:

  • Lead scopes of work within the team, providing guidance and expertise on legal matters.
  • Oversee and mentor junior attorneys, ensuring their professional development and growth within the firm.
  • Demonstrate exceptional judgment in legal matters and effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Articulate legal strategies and courses of action for clients in the renewable energy sector.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to community involvement and uphold the firm's values and standards.
  • Work under pressure, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality legal services.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant legal experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in renewable energy real estate transactions.
  • Active Bar license in Missouri (MO).
  • Excellent academic credentials, demonstrating a strong legal foundation.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior attorneys.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
