Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Virginia and in good standing with the state bar.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Strong skills in legal analysis, negotiation, and communication.
• High level of empathy and professionalism in client interactions.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a recognized law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia.

Skills:

• Expertise in family law, including divorce, custody, and property division.
• Ability to manage cases from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills.
