Duties

• Serve as first chair in commercial litigation matters through trial.
• Handle complex business disputes in state and federal court.
• Lead hearings, dispositive motions, discovery strategy, and trial preparation.
• Manage high-exposure and heavily contested matters.
• Supervise and mentor associates.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the firm's California litigation practice.

Requirements

• Significant first-chair trial experience in commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated courtroom experience in state and/or federal courts.
• Strong motion practice and case management skills.
• Experience handling complex business disputes.
• Ability to independently manage matters from inception through resolution.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
