The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of complex litigation experience, with a focus on insurance litigation, and will work collaboratively with partners and clients.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through trials and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
• Prepare briefs, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct and respond to discovery, including depositions.
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other counsel.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in complex litigation.
• Strong writing and case management skills.
• Experience handling clients and adversaries.
• Excellent oral advocacy skills.
• Deposition and court experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California State Bar license.
