Duties

• Independently manage cases from intake through trial or resolution.
• Handle depositions, strategy generation, and motion practice.
• Conduct hearings and manage discovery processes.
• Develop and implement client strategies with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of litigation experience.
• Strong track record in managing complex cases.
• Admitted to The Georgia Bar or eligible for admission soon.

Education

• Graduated in the top 10% from a nationally recognized law school.
• Participation in law review, moot court, or trial team preferred.

Certifications

• Georgia Bar admission or eligibility.

Skills
