A law firm in Alpharetta, GA, is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney to manage cases independently and provide support on complex matters. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in family law litigation and be licensed to practice in Georgia.

Job Details:

• Manage own caseload while providing support to other attorneys on complex family law cases.
• Litigate family law matters from start to finish, with actual courtroom experience.
• Conduct research on various family law issues to develop cases.
• Attend depositions, mediation sessions, hearings, and trials.
• Review, analyze, and draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with clients of various levels of sophistication regarding legal matters.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity when interacting with outside attorneys, senior management, clients, and support staff.
• Track and manage billable hours, ensuring compliance with firm standards.
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Georgia.
• Extensive experience in family law litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of personal integrity and professional ethics.

Certifications:

Certification or specialization in family law preferred, but not required.

Education:
