Duties

• Support family law cases through document preparation and client communication.
• Participate in negotiations with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
• Stay current on developments in various practice areas.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission or eligibility to sit for the bar exam.
• Prior experience or internship within a law office setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in legal research tools.
• Strong writing skills for producing clear, concise legal documents.
• Experience with legal drafting in family law, estate planning, or litigation is advantageous.
• Familiarity with legal administrative processes and case management systems.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
