Duties

• Manage all aspects of individual FEHA cases.
• Counsel employers on compliance matters.
• Engage in direct client interaction.
• Take significant responsibility on complex legal matters.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Extensive experience in Labor & Employment Litigation.
• Experience with FEHA cases preferred.
• A portable book of business is welcome but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar license.

Skills

• Strong litigation skills.
