A law firm seeks a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in Cleveland, Ohio. Duties

• Engage in products liability defense, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
• Participate in commercial litigation and business tort cases.
• Contribute to class action defense efforts.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.
• Draft dispositive, expert, and discovery motions.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in commercial litigation, product liability, or complex litigation.
• Outstanding written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ohio State Bar admission strongly preferred.
• Federal clerkship experience is a plus.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Admission to the Ohio State Bar preferred.

Skills
