Requirements

• Four to seven years of comparable law firm experience.
• Clerkship experience is a plus.
• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills.
• Strong academic records and communication abilities.
• Experience in trade secrets, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or AI is preferred.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the California Bar.
